Deposit And Payment Information:
One
night's deposit is required at time of booking to secure reservation. We accept payment by check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or exact cash. Make checks payable to Tuckaleechee Retreat Center. The balance is due upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
For Group Cabins: 120
Days = Full deposit refund. 60 to 120 Days = Rain check (no
refund, but deposit can be applied to another time). Under 60
days =
No refund, no rain check.
For Smaller Cabins: 90 Days =
Full deposit refund. 30 to 90 Days = Rain check (no
refund, but deposit can be applied to another time. Under 30
days =
No refund, no rain check.
Alcohol & Smoking Policy:
Smoking is not permitted in Elk Lodge, Bear Lodge, Hemlock Haven, Deer Lodge, Cedar Cove, or Blue Spruce. You may smoke outside or on the porches.
Use of alcoholic beverages is not permitted in the buildings or on the grounds. There are no exceptions to this policy.
